Deskripsi Pekerjaan

As a Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing flight tickets, providing exceptional customer service, and actively selling tickets to potential customers.

Your role involves utilizing reservation systems such as Amadeus or Sabre to book and confirm flights, coordinate with airlines, and ensure all travel documentation is complete.

Also, you can help customers make informed decisions, offer travel advice, and promote various travel products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process flight reservations, cancellations, and changes accurately and promptly.
2. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to ticketing and travel.
3. Actively sell flight tickets and travel packages to meet sales targets.
4. Stay updated on airline policies, fare structures, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
5. Utilize Amadeus or Sabre reservation systems proficiently to manage bookings and ensure accurate information.
6. Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure the best travel options for customers.
7. Maintain thorough knowledge of visa requirements, travel restrictions, and other relevant travel information.
8. Handle payment transactions and ensure financial accuracy in ticketing processes.
9. Provide travel advice, suggest itinerary options, and promote additional services to enhance the customer’s travel experience.


1. Proven experience as a ticketing agent or in a similar role in the travel industry.
2. Proficiency in Amadeus or Sabre reservation systems is mandatory.
3. Strong sales and customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
4. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language.
5. Knowledge of airline regulations, fare rules, and travel industry trends.
6. Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
7. Familiarity with visa processes, travel documentation, and international travel requirements.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in the travel industry.
9. A diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field is preferred.
