Deskripsi Pekerjaan
What will you do:
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes that promote best practices and lead to overall performance improvement and organizational efficiency.
- Co-ordinate the activities of the Customer Service team; provide support and advice to team members.
- Monitor performance and lead the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide excellent service to customers.
- Evaluate customer feedback and identify ways to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that standard operating procedures are documented and maintained.
- Produce written reports when required to do so.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing Shipper products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
What are the requirements?
- Min. Diploma or bachelor’s degree from any majors
- Min. 1 year of proven leader of customer support experience or experience as a Client Service
- Having great Excel Skills & Communication
- Well-developed communication skills; ability to communicate to all levels.
- Able to understand customer requirements and deliver an excellent level of service.
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritize a varied and demanding workload
- Effective team co-ordination and leadership skills
- A high level of commercial awareness.
- Willing to be placed at Solo
