Deskripsi Pekerjaan

What will you do:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes that promote best practices and lead to overall performance improvement and organizational efficiency.
  • Co-ordinate the activities of the Customer Service team; provide support and advice to team members.
  • Monitor performance and lead the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide excellent service to customers.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and identify ways to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures are documented and maintained.
  • Produce written reports when required to do so.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing Shipper products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.

What are the requirements?

  • Min. Diploma or bachelor’s degree from any majors
  • Min. 1 year of proven leader of customer support experience or experience as a Client Service
  • Having great Excel Skills & Communication
  • Well-developed communication skills; ability to communicate to all levels.
  • Able to understand customer requirements and deliver an excellent level of service.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritize a varied and demanding workload
  • Effective team co-ordination and leadership skills
  • A high level of commercial awareness.
  • Willing to be placed at Solo
