Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are the Adhigana Group, the largest gas detection system provider in ASEAN, with a vision of opening a Southeast Asian factory. Currently looking for candidates to join us for the position:


Job Qualification:

  • Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor Degree
  • You have at least two years of experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Oil & Gas industry
  • Experience covering Industrial & Manufacturing, Mining & Resources and Chemicals & Energy is strong plus
  • Familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess the capability of working effectively under one own initiative and able to adapt to fast-paced
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • Target oriented
  • Must have a SKCK

Job Description:

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions
  • Managing the sales process
  • Building solid relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets
