Deskripsi Pekerjaan


  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with a master’s degree or additional certification relevant to marketing or sales, is a plus.
  • Minimum five years of experience in a sales and marketing manager position or an equivalent position
  • Maximum age of 40, and have the enthusiasm to work as a sales and marketing manager with flexible working hours.
  • Have good communication and negotiation skills, robust analysis to make price and market analysis
  • Excellent managerial and leadership skills to provide coaching and counseling that can bring all teams to achieve targets
  • Being able to communicate in English fluently is a must, with Mandarin or Japanese being a plus.
  • Placement in Surabaya, East Java (Head Office), possibility in other branches


  •  Planning and developing effective strategies to increase sales and marketing achievements
  • Monitoring and evaluating, as well as analyzing the results and strategies that have been implemented with all teams
  • Analyze market needs and create aggressive promotions to improve sales performance.
  • control sales volume and profitable margins
  • Carry out mitigation plans for changes in market and consumer behavior that influence market strategy.
  • Establish good relationships with internal and external customers.
