Adaro’s history begins with the global oil shocks of the 1970s. They caused the Indonesian government to revise its energy policy, which until then focused on oil and gas, to include coal as a fuel for domestic use. With this increased focus on coal, in 1976, the Mines Department divided East and South Kalimantan into eight coal blocks and invited tenders for these blocks. Spanish Government company Enadimsa bid for Block 8 in the Tanjung district of South Kalimantan, as coal was known to be present in the district from outcrops mapped by Dutch geologists in the 1930s and from intersections at depth in oil wells drilled by Pertamina in the 1960s. No other company bid for this block; at that time, it was regarded as being too far inland and the coal of low quality.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Descriptions:

1. Organizing, preparing, and coordinating schedules for meetings and activities of the Board of Directors.
2. Planning travel schedules and preparing facilities/resources for Board of Director activities.
3. Maintaining confidentiality of documentation and information related to all activities of superiors.
4. Managing company letters, documents, and invoices according to applicable procedures requiring Board of Director approval, ensuring that all letters/documents are up-to-date.
5. Managing the storage of Board of Director meeting minutes for easy retrieval by superiors and ensuring that the minutes are up-to-date.
6. Drafting letters, memos, and minutes related to the Board of Directors, addressed to internal and external parties, to ensure all relevant parties understand information.
7. I managed petty cash to support the needs of the Board of Directors activities and prepared accurate and periodic reports for superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) majoring in Secretary or Business Administration & Management.
2. Having a minimum of 2 – 5 years of work experience as a Secretary – in Corporate would be preferable.
3. Have good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Required Competencies: Secretarial, Document Management and Office Administration
5. Good command of English, both Oral and written.
