Qualifications :
- two years of working experience as a personal assistant/secretary
- Fresh graduates with a Secretarial background are welcome to apply.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
- Having IT knowledge is an advantage.
- Proactive, mature, positive, and have strong capability to work in a team.
- Willing to learn & work hard to achieve the target.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description :
- Prepare and plan the Director’s schedule.
- Assist the Director with all administration work, including preparing quotations and proposals for clients.
- Prepare weekly reports and sales data for the Director.
- Provide supporting documents and administration related to sales transactions.
