Responsibilities :

  • To support daily operation in Sales Office and to serve customer and sales force in Sales Office
  • To handle agent and customer queries and complaint
  • To receive documents from agent/customer, check the completeness and distributed to Head Office
  • To receive documents/Information from Head Office and distribute to agent/customer
  • Logistic administration
  • Petty cash & operational administration

Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree, major : Administration
  • Having 1+ years experience as administration and customer care
  • Background in the financial services/insurance industry is preferred.
