REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in the same field.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of Contractual Law and Online System Submission (OSS).
  • Ability to conduct systematical document filing.
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills, and attention to details.
  • Highly organized, committed to delivering high-quality works and inquisitive with great follow-up.
  • Ability to adapt, work in team and individually.
  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and ready to join immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent the company in Legal proceedings and maintain the database of legal documents.
  • Handling all activities related to the administration and distribution of Company’s legal documents in a systematical order.
  • Preparing and reviewing Legal Agreements, NDA, making Legal Opinions regarding the latest employment provisions, and identify any potential risks and issues.
  • Compiling and summarizing Government laws, regulations, and managing Online System Submission.
  • Stay updated with the information related to the Laws and Legal processes.
