Job Description :
- Responsible for the implementation of employee recruitment according to company needs.
- Take full responsibilities and work closely with stakeholders in fulfilling hiring needs
- Fully in charge for end to end hiring process, from Job posting to new joiner onboarding
- other task from Management
- Manage and providing leadership to team member
- Manage employee employment contracts, both for new employees and updates for continued contracts
- Create and update Job Desc and SOP
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and discipline
- Familiar in managing & analyzing employee KPI calculations
- Publish and announce internal company memos
Qualification :
- Excellent written / oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with strong Excel skills
- have high discipline and are able to work individually and in a team
- Master degree would be an advantage
- Placement in Margomulyo
