We are looking for candidates who can multitask with excellent communication skills, professional, and responsible

Job Desc :

  • Assist in the coordination of administrative functions such as : personel, meetings, and clerical duties
  • Assist in project (monitoring and pay attention to the detail of project)
  • Doing reports by daily and weekly (presentation as requested)
  • Responsible for all data and office operational
  • Handle administration office
  • Manage calendars, schedule for meetings and conference calls
  • Update + Report database and maintain records of the meetings
  • Translate documents (Bahasa – English, English – Bahasa)
  • Maintain filling system and inventory list
  • Make MOM for weekly meeting
  • Transport arrangement / company car usage

Qualifications :

  • Working experiences at least 3 years in office management or administrative support
  • Diploma and Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other related discipline
  • Fluent in English (good oral and written communication skills)
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Ability to effectively communicate through the phone and email
  • Ability to organise and can work under pressure
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • Ability to fast-faced environment
  • Attractive person, Energic, Honest and Neat
  • Good attitude and problem solving
