Role Description
As a Sales Representative/Trial Class Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting 40-50 minutes meetings (trial lessons) with a parent and a child
- Identifying the needs of the customers and helping them choose a course
- Closing the deal by selling 1 of the packages directly on the trial class (following up shortly after the lesson is possible as well, but your ultimate goal should be closing on the lesson)
- Completing small reports after every class and following the set KPIs
- You will start your journey with us from 20h/week and will be able to increase the working hours up to 30h/week starting from your second month in the company
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales – at least 1 year (Edtech experience would be a plus)
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with customers and teammates
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work independently to meet objectives
- Personal computer or a laptop with stable internet connection and a working camera and microphone
- B2+ English level is not required but will be a plus to rapid career growth in the company.
