Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years experiences specializing in Human Resources
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
- Must be good in English (able to communicate in Korean is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge in legal compliance matters
- Advanced knowledge in Labor Law
- Advanced computer skill in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Extremely well-organized and detail oriented
- Strong in data analitic and reporting

Job Description:
- Establishing HR Management System and developing HR planning strategies
- Maintain the attendance of employee, overtime, annual leaves.
- Advising monthly salary reviews, administering payroll, compensation and benefits (BPJS Kesehatan, Ketenagakerjaan, JSHK)
- Managing employees by formulating, updating, and implementing policies relating to hiring, compensation, benefits and incentives, performance appraisal, performance management
- Developing and implementing policies on a variety of workplace issues eg. disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions an performance management
