Qualification :

• Bachelor/Diploma Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Automation Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in Automation

Required Skill:

• Ability to develop PLC & HMI/SCADA programming: modify existing or create new logic based on parameters, processes, and equipment to able to perform required functionality.

• Ability to add & modify alarms after discussion with the Operation / Maintenance and Automation team and to be revised further as per the request of the user.

• Understand communication topology for communication between PLCs, or other 3rd party control equipment.

• Ability to read electrical and control circuits, modify & keep records.

• Ability to read and create Piping and Instrumentation diagrams (P&ID).

• Understand process equipment and instrumentations, and able to specify correct equipment based on requirements from Process Development.

• Understand functions of Field devices such as various Sensors, Valves, and other Instruments and their control parameters.

• Understand PID control and how to adjust parameters to achieve optimum control settings.

• Understanding Siemens Simatic Manager, In Touch, or Wonderware is preferable.

• Ability to set and run calibration for instruments

Required Experiences:

• Experienced in Mixing Automation or Production Automation

• Experienced with Hygienic Process/Equipment
