Job Description
- Manage Support Services to System customers (assigned accounts) as per SLA, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Pursue selling services/AMCs to system customers (assigned accounts) and win Service contracts, thereby maximizing value and revenue.
- Keep pursuing the sale of additional services/features.
- Pursue Spare Parts opportunities, in particular with system customers, and convert them into orders & revenue.
- Any other activities as assigned from time to time.
Basic Requirements
- Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication
- Minimum 5-6years experience in managing Projects and Customer Operations
- Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Sales experience in selling services, preparing proposals, price negotiations, managing the sales funnel, and managing P&L.
